Traqa may use service providers and subprocessors to host, secure, monitor, and operate the platform. The categories below describe the functions those providers perform.

This page is a public-facing baseline. Traqa should maintain a more detailed internal register with provider names, regions, contract status, and data categories before broader customer rollout.

Cloud hosting and application infrastructure

Hosting the landing site, APIs, background services, and related infrastructure components.

Managed database and storage providers

Storing account records, statement metadata, extracted transaction records, and application data.

Private asset and file-delivery providers

Hosting or delivering uploaded statement files and derived file artifacts under access-controlled workflows.

Outbound email providers

Delivering verification emails, password reset emails, service notifications, and support communications.

Inbound email providers

Receiving statement attachments sent to Traqa-managed inbox aliases for Smart Drop ingestion.

AI and document-processing providers

Supporting statement extraction, classification, reliability workflows, and AI-assisted parsing tasks requested by the user.

Logging, monitoring, and diagnostics providers

Supporting debugging, operational monitoring, and security event investigation.
